Let πœ‘ :C β†’Cβ€² be a linear isomorphism between [[Linear code|[𝑛,π‘˜] codes]] C,Cβ€². Then if the generalized Hamming weight wt𝑑⁑(D) =wt𝑑⁑(πœ‘(D)) for every 𝑑-dimensional linear subcode D ≀C, then πœ‘ is a Linear equivalence of codes.1
