Module over a group

A module over a group $𝐺$ or $𝐺$ -module is an abuse¹ of terminology for a $𝕂$ -linear space carrying a group representation of $𝐺$ . rep The actual module being invoked is one over the group ring $𝕂 [𝐺]$ .
